Peeler

Peeler was designed to push the boundaries of additive manufacturing, which until now has been limited to small niche markets. A nod to mass production, it is 3D printed in a single 7 mm thick PETG shell using an industrial robot in just a few hours, consuming minimal machine time and with minimal material waste.

The chair was designed to meet the ergonomic limitations of the human body, as well as the ergonomics of the robotic arm that prints it. Composed of three undulating, skin-like surfaces, Peeler emerges from the convergence of human and mechanical requirements.
