Shipping and Returns



Below you will find information about the delivery times and costs of Nagami products.



If you have not yet found us in any physical store, you can order our products on our website. All you have to do is choose colour and size (when optional), select the country you want us to send the product to and click on buy. A link to PayPal will open so you can give your information safely and finish the purchase. The PayPal page will offer you the option to cancel the order and return to the Nagami website. To go back to PayPal you will have to click on buy any of the products. If you do not want to add any other products do not worry, in PayPal you can delete the ones you do not want before finishing the purchasing process.


Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Remember to check your spam folder. If you do not find it, contact with, we will send you a new to confirmation e-mail.



We do not have stock, so when you order a product on our website we will specially manufacture it/them for you. They will be unique pieces. You can check the estimated delivery time in the information section of each product. We will try to produce your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed.



We would like to offer our products with the delivery costs included, but, depending on your geographical area, you might be paying extra costs for it. Therefore, when you select the country, we will only add the amount that corresponds to your area and the VAT, when applicable. If your country is not listed, please contact us at and we will try to offer you a solution.


In case of private customers from within the EU, we will add the VAT applicable at origin, which is 21%. If you are a company based in the EU and registered as an intra-community operator, please contact us at to process your order.


For non-EU countries, this VAT will not be applied, but sometimes there may be additional customs charges and other fees that would be charged by the local authorities at destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over such additional charges, if you have any questions about this please contact your local tax office.

Our aim is that you are satisfied with your purchase and therefore we would never intentionally send products in poor conditions. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to check its quality. In case you detect any product is in bad conditions, please contact us at We will return, refund or replace any items that arrive damaged.

We will make the process as easy as possible for you. If you exchange or return your order due to manufacturing defects or products delivered in poor conditions we will assume the transport costs. Otherwise, we can arrange it for you, but you will be responsible for the cost of return.


In case you cancel your order before we start the delivery process, we will proceed with your refund. If you have already received the order, we will refund it directly to your PayPal account or to the credit card you paid with, once we have received the items and checked their condition.





When you purchase any product at you have 14 days from the day you receive it to return or exchange it, no explanation required.

In addition to the exchange or return 14-day period, and according to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, we will be liable for any manufacturing defects that may occur during a period of two years from the date of delivery. This right is only valid for the original buyer and the original delivery address. If you observe any defect, you must inform us within two months after discovering it by e-mail to, indicating your invoice number and the problem detected.


Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. The word “defects” defined as imperfections that impair the use of the product. This does not include defects or deterioration due to causes beyond Nagami’s control, such as accidents, inappropriate use, improper handling, wear and tear…, as well as products handled, altered or repaired by the customer or by third parties not authorised by Nagami.


We will respond as soon as possible to any complaint. All complaints are subject to inspection by Nagami. Nagami reserves the right to determine whether the damage is covered by warranty, at our sole discretion.


The 14-day period of reflection does not apply to certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items.



The warranty is valid and covers only for manufacturing defects. The warranty applies exclusively to Nagami products and does not cover or apply to purchases made outside www.nagami.designor outside Europe. The warranty may not apply to orders through third parties.


Warranty does not include:

Wear and tear due to normal use of the product

Changes in surface finishes due to light exposure

Damage caused by external factors such as:

-Sharp objects or writing instruments

-Long exposure to moisture or direct sunlight

-Major force, including but not limited to fire, lightning, flood, tornado, earthquake or hurricane

-Inappropriate modifications, maintenance or repairs

-Any action or use made out of those specified on our website, including our FAQs




For the warranty to be valid:

The warranty is not transferable. It is only valid for the original buyer with a valid proof of purchase.

You must have purchased the Nagami products directly from or from a Nagami authorized store and be located in Europe. In certain cases, it may apply to orders made at third party sites. Please contact Nagami for more information.

We must receive your written warranty request within 2 years counting from the date of delivery.

The products must have been used only for their intended purpose and must never have been subject to abuse, accidental damage or other abnormal use, including but not limited to cuts, burns, stains, dirt, liquid damage or improper installation.



Under the warranty Nagami’s only obligation is, at our sole discretion, to repair the defect or replace the product as soon as possible after receiving notice of the defect. If it is not possible to repair or replace the item, Nagami will refund the purchase price of the product adjusted to any wear and tear from normal use. Repaired or replaced products will continue to be covered by the original warranty for the remaining original term. Under no circumstances, the warranty will extend beyond two years from the date of delivery of the original products.



Except to the extent prohibited by law, Nagami shall not be liable in any way for any damages resulting from or arising out of or in connection with this warranty or any Nagami product. The use of Nagami products is at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any loss, liability, or damage resulting from the use of Nagami products.



This warranty grants you specific legal rights. Some countries and/or states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some countries and/or states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. You may also have other legal rights depending on the country, state, province or jurisdiction; these basic consumer rights are not affected. The terms of this warranty will apply according to applicable law.
