  1. What is Nagami?

Nagami is a Spain-based brand that explores the future of design in a new technological era. We develop furniture designs from world-class designers who challenge our technology to create innovative products.

  1. What does Nagami means?

Nagami means terms such as technological craftsmanship, avant-garde, perfection or uniqueness. We combine care for details and finishes with the use of new technologies. We are an outstanding part of the paradigm shift in the new world. We work on each product as a unique project and we imagine the impossible by breaking the established rules. We leave the origin of our name to your imagination.

  1. What happens in Nagami?

We work out all the details, starting with the early conception of a product from its design, to the software that allows it to come to life, while exploring new ways of creating furniture and environments that take the limits of imagination to unknown territories.

  1. What makes Nagami products special?

Our pieces are unique, accessible and durable. We do not have stock, so when you order a product from our website we will specially manufacture it/them for you. They will be unique pieces. In addition, we incorporate recycled polymers in our creations, which are also 100% recyclable; they will be able to have a new life with another shape in the future. Design and exclusivity are compatible with environmental awareness.

  1. How do you manufacture your products?

We believe in new-age craftsmanship, a new way of creation that combines care for details and finishes with the use and mastery of new technologies. The use of 3D printing robotic arms and programming, together with the vision of innovative professionals lead us to transform ideas, sketches and intuitions into tangible objects loaded with identity.

  1. How do I place an order?

If you have not yet found us in any physical store, you can order our products on our website. All you have to do is choose colour and size (when optional), select the country you want us to send the product to and click on buy. A link to PayPal will open so you can give your information safely and finish the purchase. The PayPal page will offer you the option to cancel the order and return to the Nagami website. To go back to PayPal you will have to click on buy any of the products. If you do not want to add any other products do not worry, in PayPal you can delete the ones you do not want before finishing the purchasing process.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, it is an internationally recognized payment platform that meets the most advanced requirements in terms of security in commercial transactions over the Internet. You do not need to be registered. When using PayPal we will not have access to your credit or debit card details, only to the billing and shipping details of the purchase made. You can also pay with Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  1. When will you charge my credit card?

To ensure a smooth processing of your order, we will charge your card immediately after the order is completed.

  1. Can I find you in shops?

Every day more and more shops and galleries around the world are interested in collaborating with Nagami. You can find us in several shops around Europe (link) and at international exhibitions (link). Follow our social networks to be aware of new projects where you will be able to see our work.

  1. I made a mistake while placing my order. Can I change it?

If you made a mistake while entering your information during the purchasing process or you simply changed your mind, you will have time until we send your products to make the necessary changes. Simply contact with sales@nagami.design

  1. Will I receive a confirmation e-mail?

Yes. Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Remember to check your spam folder. If you cannot find it, please contact with sales@nagami.design.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If we have not sent your order yet and you have changed your mind after making the payment, contact with sales@nagami.design and we will proceed with the refund.

  1. Do I have to pay any delivery costs?

We would like to offer our products with the delivery costs included, but, depending on your geographical area, you might be paying extra costs for it. Therefore, when you select the country, we will only add the amount that corresponds to your area and the VAT, when applicable.

  1. How long does it take to deliver an order?

We do not have stock, so when you order a product on our website we will specially manufacture it/them for you. They will be unique pieces. You can check the estimated delivery time in the information section of each product. We will try to produce your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed.

  1. Can I return a product?

Our aim is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please contact with sales@nagami.design. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unused and undamaged products in their original packaging. We will make the process as easy as possible for you. If you exchange or return your order due to manufacturing defects or products delivered in poor conditions we will assume the transport costs. Otherwise, we can arrange it for you, but you will be responsible for the cost of return.

  1. How will I receive my refund?

In case you cancel your order before we start the delivery process, we will proceed with your refund. If you have already received the order, we will refund it directly to your PayPal account or to the credit card you paid with, once we have received the items and checked their condition.

  1. How should I clean the products?

For a regular cleaning of plastic surfaces, use a soft barbed brush (not metal) for dirt particles between the lines and then wipe with a microfiber cloth (or other lint-free cloth) and water. If more intensive cleaning is required, use a mild soap along with the cloth and water. Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasive cleaners. After cleaning, rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.

  1. What warranty does Nagami offer?

We will be liable for any manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of delivery. This right is only valid for the originals buyer and delivery address. If you notice any defect, you must inform us as soon as possible at sales@nagami.design indicating the problem detected and your invoice number.

  1. How can I contact you?

If you have any questions or suggestions, you can write to us at sales@nagami.design. We will answer you as soon as possible.

  1. Which countries do you send your products to?

We aim to reach every corner of the planet. If your country is not listed when you select your product, contact with sales@nagami.design and we will try to offer you a solution.

  1. How does VAT affect me?

When you place your order and select the country, if it is an EU country, VAT applicable at source (21%) will be added. For non-EU countries, VAT will not be applied, but sometimes there may be additional customs charges and other fees that would be charged by the local authorities at destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over such additional charges, if you have any questions about this please contact your local tax office.

  1. What do I do if I receive a product in poor condition?

Our aim is that you are satisfied with your purchase and therefore we would never intentionally send products in poor conditions. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to check its quality. In case you detect any product is in bad conditions, please contact us at sales@nagami.design. We will return, refund or replace any items that arrive damaged.
